Retail Customer Service And Showroom Merchandiser
- Possess a geniune willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow through and follow up.
- Customer Service skills over email, phone, text and in person.
- Detail oriented in all facets of postion.
- General knowledge of Office 365. Able to organize past and present customer data thru physical and computer files.
- Able to deliver clear and concise verbal or written messages that facilitate a mutual understanding betweeen Company and customers.
- Self Learner. Learn and recommend quality products to established and potential customers.
- Set up and maintain appealing showroom displays with current trending products using minimal inventory.
- Implement seasonal lobby changeovers.
- Comfortable suggesting appropriate add-ons, including promo products to increase customer satisfaction.
- Ability to prioritze workflow in a high productivity environment.
- Works well in a self managed, collabrative, small team setting.
- Friendly and helpful personality, career minded.
Graphic Designer
- Strong graphic design and typography skills.
- Oversee creation of design elements from customer concept to production.
- Knowledge of textile screen printing and the appropriate use of traps and spreads very helpful; but will train.
- Ability to create designs specifically for sublimation, heat transfers and embroidery very helpful; but will train.
- Ability to match and use PMS pantone colors.
- Skilled in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- General knowledge of Office 365.
- Manage and organize past and present customer design data with the use of physical and computer files.
- Learn and recommend products that work best for specific design challenges.
- Ability to prioritize work flow in a high productivity environment.
- Patience to work with customers in a tedious exchange of design elements.
- Attention to detail in every aspect of projects.
- Customer service skills over email, phone, text or in person.
- Works well in a self managed, collabrative, small team setting.
- Friendly and helpful personality, career minded.
